The property comprised two sites, one freehold and one long leasehold.  It had been subject to various extensions between 1972 and 1999 and at the time of purchase in 2013 comprised a detached warehouse with two storey offices to the front, providing approximately 67,264 sq ft of accommodation in total, on a combined site of just over an acre. Within a few months of the purchase Broadshade was approached by an owner occupier who was interested in buying the property.  The building was therefore sold in 2014.
