Stephen Catto, Ph.D – Managing Director

Stephen has grown Broadshade Group from an agricultural business in the 1990s to the successful property development and investment company it is today.  Stephen’s role is to drive the long-term strategy and growth of Broadshade, as well as fostering integrity in every aspect of the business.

‘We look to bring the knowledge and experience of the team to add value to our property portfolio as well as continually seeking to offer an excellent experience to those who purchase or lease one of our buildings’.

Scott Catto – Director

Scott has an MBA from Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.  Via Broadshade Investments LLC, his focus is identifying and bringing forward potential early-stage investments in companies with excellent management and high growth potential.  The portfollio extends to over forty companies in the US and UK.

  Jenna Catto – Development                 

Jenna focuses on investments in the Global South as well as the charitable donations made by Broadshade.  The most significant              connection has been with the UK-based charity Tearfund, and Jenna has had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact they are making around the world.

Claire Light – Administrator

Claire Light joined the Broadshade Group after 11 years working in Estate Agency in Dorset. Prior to that she worked in London as an Administrator for Marks and Spencer in their Buying Departments. Claire is based in the Ferndown office, supporting the team and looking after the day-to-day administration of the business.
