Situated beside junction 2 of the M32, Eastgate offers excellent transport links to both the M4 and the city centre of Bristol.  The property comprised nine offices units, offering a range of unit sizes in self-contained buildings.

At the time of purchase in 2015, the property had been owned by an overseas investor for nearly 25 years, had a number of leases about to expire and was in need of some investment to improve its dated appearance.  We embarked on a programme of active management, including lease renewals, dilapidations, refurbishment and upgrading of the external common areas.  In addition, we collaborated with the adjoining owners to set up a new Management Company to run the estate more efficiently.  The property was sold in 2019.
