Having its origins as an agricultural business in the 1990s, Broadshade Group has grown to be a well-established property investment and development company, with interests ranging from forestry in the north east of Scotland, to commercial property development projects in the south of England.

The company invests in all sectors of the UK commercial property market where we believe there is the opportunity to add value through pro-active asset management, refurbishment and development.

We value our strong business and professional relationships, and together with our ownership structure, these enable us to react quickly to opportunities and complete transactions in a short timeframe.

Broadshade Group has a strong management team who are committed to providing high quality commercial property to lease and buy, as well as integrity in the way in which we do business. Through the careful acquisition and management of existing leased properties, as well as innovative refurbishment programmes, tenants can expect the highest quality workspace. We constantly review our asset management strategy to ensure that occupiers’ needs are met and low vacancy rates are maintained across our portfolio.

In addition,  we are proud to have recently developed and sold an exciting new development of 13 business units in Abingdon.  The scheme was built to a high specification and attracted a mix of investors and owner occupiers.
