Grange Court Business Park, Abingdon Science Park, Abingdon.

 

This prestigious new development of thirteen business units, ranging from 1,589 to 5,144 sq. ft., was completed in January 2018.  The scheme provides high quality accommodation in an attractive landscaped setting within Abingdon Science Park and sold quickly to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors.

The site was acquired in 2013 with the benefit of planning consent for three large office buildings.  At the time, however, there was no market for this type of development and we therefore submitted an application in 2015 for a mixed light industrial and office scheme, which was eventually granted consent in 2016.  The 13 unit park totalled approximately 35,000 sq ft and was designed to meet a shortage of accommodation available in the local area.  Working closely with our professional team and the contractor ensured that we produced a highly marketable product that we are proud to have delivered.
